Payment

Rentals are paid in full when booked, by credit or debit card. No deposit is taken. Approved business and government accounts may be invoiced on net terms. Maryland rentals include 6% sales tax unless an exemption certificate is on file.

Event rentals

Event pricing covers up to 3 days on site. Weekend events are delivered Friday and picked up Monday at no extra charge. Event units arrive cleaned and stocked; servicing during the event is available at an added cost.

Monthly and job-site rentals

Monthly rentals bill every 28 days and include one service visit per week. The first cycle includes delivery. Rentals renew automatically until you request pickup. Billing stops on the pickup date. There is no refund for unused days within a cycle.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are refunded less a $50 trip fee. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once the truck has left the yard. Date changes are free with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Access and placement

You agree to provide a firm, level spot the truck can reach, and to tell us about gates, codes, dogs, low wires and soft ground. If the driver cannot deliver, service or pick up because of blocked access, a return trip may be billed.

Care of the unit and damage

Units remain our property. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including vandalism, fire, theft, vehicle strikes and graffiti. Do not move units with waste inside. We are not responsible for minor marks to lawns, landscaping, pavers or pavement during delivery and pickup.

Weather

In high-wind or flood warnings, tell us if units should be secured or removed. Units tipped by weather are cleaned up and replaced; units tipped by vehicles or misuse are billed.
