When does the unit arrive for a Saturday event?

Most Saturday events get Friday delivery and Monday pickup, at no extra charge.

Can I pick a delivery time?

We give a morning or afternoon window, and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead. Exact times can't be promised because drivers run a route.

Will the driver call before coming?

The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arrival and texts a photo after setting the unit.

Does someone need to be home for delivery?

No one needs to be home. Mark the spot and leave the gate open or send the code.

Can you deliver the day of the event?

Day-of delivery can be booked, but there is no exact arrival time. Delivering the day before means the unit is ready when guests arrive.

Is it too late to book for this weekend?

Can you deliver to a site with no street address?

Send a GPS pin, a lot number or a map screenshot with the spot marked.

Every charge is on the itemized quote, and the total you approve is the total charged.

Delivery is charged once per order, not per unit.

Do you charge sales tax?

Maryland rentals include 6% sales tax. Delaware has no sales tax. Tax-exempt groups can send their exemption certificate.

Is there a same-day fee?

On fully booked days a same-day fee of $50 to $95 may apply. It appears on your quote before you pay.
