How Porta Potty Rental Works, From Booking to Pickup

Every step of a rental: what we ask on the call, how delivery and placement work, what servicing includes, and how to end a rental so billing stops.

What happens when you book a porta potty?

Booking a porta potty takes about 3 minutes by phone. We ask for the address, dates, unit type, headcount and where the unit should stand. You get one itemized total. You pay by card, or businesses can be invoiced, and a confirmation arrives by text and email.

  1. Delivery address, or a GPS pin for a job site without a number.
  2. Delivery and pickup dates, or "ongoing" for monthly rentals.
  3. Unit type and quantity (we help you size it).
  4. The spot, plus any gate code, dogs, low wires or soft ground.
  5. A mobile number for the driver's call and photo text.

How does porta potty delivery work?

Delivery runs Monday to Saturday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival, places the unit on the spot you marked, levels it, checks the door and stock, and texts a photo. No one needs to be on site.

  • Truck access: the delivery truck needs to get within about 75 ft of the spot on firm ground. A dolly covers the last stretch.
  • Gates: at least 48 inches wide for standard units.
  • Blocked access: if a locked gate or parked vehicle stops delivery, a return trip may be billed.

What does porta potty servicing include?

Each service visit pumps the waste tank, scrubs and sanitizes the seat, urinal, walls and floor, adds fresh blue deodorizer, and restocks toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Handwashing stations get fresh water, soap and towels. Monthly rentals get one visit a week, on the same day each week.

Need more? Request an extra visit any time, from $65 per unit. Event units arrive fully serviced and do not need a visit for a short event.

How do you extend a rental or end it?

Extend an event rental by calling before the scheduled pickup day. End a monthly rental by calling or emailing; pickup happens within 2 business days and billing stops that day. Event units are picked up automatically on the date on your order, usually the Monday after.

What can go wrong, and how is it handled?

The common problems are a unit tipped by wind or a vehicle, a missed service, and a full unit before service day. Call (667) 260-6006 and a truck is sent the same or next day. Tipped units are cleaned up and replaced; missed services are made up at no charge.
